Craig Harmon is President and Chief Executive Officer of Cardiotronix, LLC where he has served in that capacity since its inception in 2012. Mr. Harmon founded Cardiotronix to fill the unique needs of the EMS and Fire Rescue community. Most defibrillator device manufacturer’s core business is in the hospital, and they don’t really understand the needs of the EMS and Fire Rescue market segment. Cardiotronix has created a dynamic new approach to device life-cycle management, and we focus entirely on the EMS and Fire Rescue community.
Prior to becoming CEO of Cardiotronix, Mr. Harmon spent several years with Philips Healthcare, most recently as the National Service Manager for the Emergency and Cardiac Resuscitation business segment. Mr. Harmon was responsible for service and support business escalations, and maintaining relationships with key corporate resuscitation customers. Mr. Harmon directed pre-sales service and support consultation with EMS and Fire Rescue municipalities, air transport organizations, and large private ambulance services. Mr. Harmon served as the Heartstart MRx product specialist, and was responsible for resolving complex technical issues, and creating high level customer service protocols. Mr. Harmon also was chosen to create a military service technical training program which is being implemented for a branch of the Armed Forces.
